Thank you for shopping with Tokyo Blues, where the needles fly, embellishment reigns, and fussing over the simplest detail is the order of the day.
It is our wish that you are perfectly happy with your purchase. If for any reason, (no questions asked) you are not, you may send it back for a full refund, an exchange or a shop credit. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping cost and the item does need to be shipped back to us within five days. If you choose to make an exchange or take a shop credit we will pay for that item to be shipped back to you.
We want you to be happy. Happy is good.
Payment Options
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards through PayPal. ((((You do not need a PayPal account, there are simple instructions on the site that will help you do this with a minimum of fuss and bother. )))
We also accept personal checks and money orders, though the checks take ten days to clear before we ship your purchase.
Privacy
We will not put you on any type of email list with out your request, we will not sell, barter with or trade to any one your personal information. No way, no how. It is just that simple.

Massacheusettes residents will need to pay 5% sales tax
Shipping
Orders are shipped with in three business days of purcahse Via U.S. priority and include a delivery confirmation. If you need something immediately please let us know.
Items under 13 ounces can be sent First Class if you wish, saving a bit on the cost.
If you live with in the greater Newburyport area and have an order over $100.00 I am happy to make arrangements for you to pick it up personally.

We are happy to send packages around the world using U.S. Priority Mail International or U.S. First Class Mail International.
